Terroirs Romans, a History of Work, Values and Generosity.
Near Perpignan, the vineyard is located on clay-limestone slopes among pines and scrubland, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with exceptional sunshine. These soils, made up of large quantities of pebbles mixed with sandy clay, form excellent supports for quality vineyards.
Among the terraces leveled according to the three rivers, are the Cabestany terraces, formed of rolled pebbles and alluvium, very favorable to the production of AOC and Natural Sweet Wines, requiring a high degree. Much more sandy and deep, the Elne terroir mainly favors the production of Vin de Pays.
