An eagle's nest overlooking the entire Roussillon plain, set in 300 hectares of private property. The central location of the gîte in the middle of the department makes it easy to visit both the sea and the mountains.
The gîte is ½ hour from Spain, 2 hours from Barcelona and 15 minutes from Perpignan.
The gîte is located above the Orgues d'Ille sur Têt site.
It comprises: on the ground floor (a few steps): a large living room with TV area, fireplace (insert), fitted kitchen, WC, air conditioning, utility room, opening onto the solarium. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed and 3 single beds), each with en suite shower room and WC (walk-in shower).
Cot, mosquito net, ventilation, roller shutter.
Large enclosed sun terrace with PRIVATE JACUZZI available all year round. Sun loungers and garden furniture, gas barbecue (weber). 2nd shaded terrace.
