At the end of the day on Saturday 30 May (6.00 pm), you'll set off from Prades to discover as much of the Canigó's heritage and viewpoints as you can!
After crossing the town and passing through the Château Pams park, you'll head for Codalet, the LLitera and its stairways to make sure you're in good shape! You'll walk along the Chapelle Saint-Jean to the plateau overlooking the Abbey of Saint Michel de Cuxa, on green, shady monotracks.
Just in time, this is where we'll have our first surprise: the refreshment area will be inside the Abbey, which will be open exceptionally for our Saturday ride!
Once the recovery is over, we'll head for the Canal de Bohère to begin the descent towards the city centre and the Plaine Saint-Martin.
As you'll have gathered, the Trails du Conflent are firmly rooted in their local area, and some of you will be discovering your surroundings with your feet firmly on the ground!
