Located at the entrance to Prades, 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, the Villa du Parc is nestled in a magnificent 8,000 m2 park with century-old trees, at the foot of the Canigou mountain. Villa du Parc comprises a large neo-Basque-style mansion dating from the 1930s and its caretaker's cottage, charmingly converted into chambres d'hôtes (1-2 people), studios (2 people) and holiday gîtes (3 or 4 people), with private enclosed parking, a garage for two wheels and a laundry room.
