Located at the entrance to Prades, 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, the Villa du Parc is nestled in a magnificent 8,000 m2 park with century-old trees, at the foot of the Canigou mountain. The Villa du Parc consists of a neo-Basque-style mansion dating from the 1930s and its caretaker's cottage, charmingly converted into chambres d'hôtes (1 or 2 people), studios (2 people) and holiday gîtes (3 or 4 people), with private enclosed parking, a garage for two wheels and laundry facilities. A bucolic setting in the park with picnic tables, garden furniture / brazier, swimming pool and solarium, deckchairs and parasols, hammocks, boules area, sauna. Optional breakfast, with a variety of quality products - regional, seasonal or home-made. Half-board/privatisation available for groups.
