The Vista Muntanya flat, on the ground floor of an old village house, is unique with its privileged location in the old part of Eus (the sunniest village in France and one of the most beautiful villages in France).
Private use of the gardens, terraces and swimming pool with breathtaking views over the Tet valley and the often snow-capped Mont Canigó.
There are 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, a shower room and 2 separate WCs. There is also a very comfortable extra bed (for 2 people) in the living room. There are two terraces, one covered with vines directly outside the dining room, and another overlooking the pool and mountains with a gas barbecue and sink.
The private swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps and varies in depth from 1m to 2.2m. On the pool deck there are several sun loungers, sun loungers, side tables and 2 huge parasols.
