Regarding
The XADI farm is a family farm, run in agroecology by enthusiasts. Our approach to peasant and sustainable agriculture allows us to protect and enrich our soils, to contribute to the maintenance of biodiversity and to reintegrate the tree into the agricultural environment. No pesticides or chemical inputs are used on the farm.
Our pigs... we have selected a cross between the Duroc and Pietrain breed to obtain a better taste. They are raised in the open air and fed with local cereals, certified of French origin and without OMG.
