DOMAINE COLL DE ROUSSE

In the hollow of a hill nestled in the heart of Apsres between sea and mountain, the Coll de Rousse peacefully sips the good Catalan sun while making its fruit bells dance to the whims of the Tramontana. Did you know that every year, in the moonlight of a long winter's night, the benevolent bruixas (Catalan witches) meet here in these vines, and tirelessly search for a legendary treasure? Unfortunately for them, it is without knowing that the men here have already hastened to put it well in the drums. The rest of the time, life is soft at Coll de Rousse, and the winegrowers accompanied by their grandchildren happily walk the hillsides embraced by the amorous vine. Located in Tresserre, a small village in the foothills of the Canigou massif, the Coll de Rousse vines draw their strength from the sandy clay slopes surrounded by the imposing cirque of the Pyrenees mountains.
