DOMAINE DE JUVI

Domaine Parcé is located in Roussillon, in the southernmost vineyard of France. In this amphitheater facing the Mediterranean and bordered by 3 massifs, the cultivation of the vine is favored by soils of different origin (clayey-gravelly, sandy-gravelly), a particularly sunny climate (300 days a year), temperatures mild in winter, hot in summer accompanied by low and poorly distributed rainfall which favors the ripening of the grapes. Ideal conditions for making wine.
After 3 generations of cooperative winegrowers, in 1982 a new dimension and orientation were given to the DOMAINE: producing, vinifying, bottling our wines and marketing our production by direct sale, everything was done to raise the domain to the heights of the Appellations d 'Controlled Origin.
