You will find the best view of Cerdanya from this promontory where the Belloc chapel stands. From here, you can see the Sierra del Cadi, the Cambre d'Aze and the Carol valley at Font-Romeu. Dorres is a mountain village in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park and is located at an altitude of 1,400 m on the southern slopes of the Carlit massif. Here, time has preserved all the charm and authenticity of a 19th-century village in Cerdanya. Dorres boasts a rich and varied heritage that includes wash houses, traditional houses for the region, drinking troughs, a standing stock for shoeing animals and the Maison du Granit, which has given it its nickname of ‘the village of stone-cutters’. You can relax in the sulphurous hot water baths, which are open all year round. Starting point: In front of the church in Dorres.
