LE CLOS D'ELPIS

Le Clos d'Elpis is a wine estate created by two passionate friends, Jean-François Daudiès and Benjamin Roig who wish to return to the very sources of wine, where it all began, antiquity.
All of our plots fall within the Côtes du Roussillon appellation area, but for reasons of freedom we prefer to leave our range of Elpis wines in IGPCC. This allows us to leave only one grape variety per color of wine: Grenache gris for the white wine, Grenache noir for the rosé wine and Syrah for the red wine.
This range is vinified and aged in terracotta amphorae in order to reveal the very essence of the grape variety.
