The story of our farm
It was during an expatriation in Madagascar that we discovered the benefits of Spirulina, this "algae with miraculous virtues" used to fight against malnutrition and dietary deficiencies.
This is the trigger after 30 years of career, to become a player in the reasoned, ethical and solidarity-based production of extraordinary foods. We followed a training course in the culture of Spirulina through the "Fédération des Spiruliniers de France", and chose to set up a farm on a human scale in a charming corner of nature in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees, in TORREILLES Catalan, rocked by an ideal climate for the good growth of this micro algae.
