Welcome to Coustouges, a very typical village in the traditional Catalan hinterland of Haut-Vallespir, in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Ideally crossed by a cross-border road, it allows you to immerse yourself in the culture of both northern and southern Catalonia. Ayam Home is situated at an altitude of 830 metres on a private mountain, a 4-minute walk from the village, whose Romanesque church is a national heritage site, and just 800 metres as the crow flies from Spain. The nearest shops and restaurants are an 8-minute drive away (France - Saint Laurent de Cerdans and/or Spain - Tapis and its famous Can Mach restaurant). The 18-hole golf course at Falgos is a 15-minute drive away, and the sea and beaches (France and Spain) are 1 hour away. There are plenty of walks and mountain bike rides on either side of the border, many of them starting from Coustouges. In February, you can take part in the Fêtes de l'Ours (Bear Festival), a UNES World Heritage site.
