Regarding
Casa Xanxo is one of Perpignan's most beautiful historic residences, revealing 500 years of architecture and decoration dating back to the early 16th century. It now houses the CIAP - Centre d'interprétation de l'architecture et du patrimoine (Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Centre).
An open door on Perpignan, the CIAP deciphers the riches of the city's ancient and contemporary heritage, and provides the keys to understanding its urban, architectural and landscape evolution.
Over 600 m2, around thirty interactive displays punctuate the visit: testimonies from historical figures, projections, slide shows, dynamic mapping, models and games, so that everyone can glean information in a fun and varied way, depending on their age, interests and how much time they want to spend.
