Cerbère,

« Le Belvédère », once an hotel, was built from 1925 to 1932 thanks to a local architect‘s concept whose name was Léon Bailles. Once, the traveller in transit in Cerbère found there modern comfort, spending the night in this original building, the shape of which reminds of a cruise steamer!

The « Réserve Marine » (underwater reserve) runs from Peyrefite Beach and you can swim a few inches under the surface with mask, scuba and palms. That way, you can explore rocky dephs swimming along a marked path, to discover the marvellous underwater life...

You will no doubt be enthusiastic about this preserved Catalan shoreline!
