Consisting of ten hectares of olive trees of the Olivière, Picholine, Picual and Argudeill varieties in traditional and organic cultivation, the estate is entirely dedicated to the enhancement of aromas and typicity. Our olives and olive oils are particularly appreciated as an accompaniment to local products and other dishes, whether traditional or inspired by the talents of modern cuisine.
