The gîte is located in Mas Catalans, 4 km from the village centre of Laroque des Albères.
There are many wonderful walks starting from the gîte. Just 1.3 km from the gîte, you'll have free access to the communal swimming pool (from 15 June to 15 September) and tennis court at the "Domaine des Albères" development.
All this just 25 minutes from the legendary beach of Le Racou, and 30 minutes from Collioure or Le Perthus, the gateway to Spain.
With independent access via a staircase of around forty steps, the gîte is a self-contained flat on the garden level of the owner's house. It is comfortable and well-equipped, with a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen, a living room with a TV (Netflix and Prime Video subscription) and a dining area overlooking a balcony, as well as a relaxation room or study and a shower room with toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and an unfenced garden of 680 m².
