Our discreet location in the heart of the village of Montesquieu des Albères is perfect for resting, hiking, biking or just enjoying your holidays ... The Mas has been recently tastefully renovated, it is perfectly equipped and you offers a relaxation area with a private swimming pool and a magnificent terrace. To relax and prepare your meals, a well-equipped and well-appointed kitchen / dining room. Cottage on the 1st floor of the owners' residence. Independent entrance to the gîte, you arrive directly in the kitchen with exposed stone walls. You will reach the terrace by a step and finally a small staircase to enjoy the swimming pool (5.5m by 4m, depth 1.6m max). Shower room (WC). The open staircase leads you to the 1st floor: 1 relaxation room on the mezzanine with sofa, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and 1 large bedroom (2 single beds). Possibility to park the car in the street, in front of the owners' house.
