You can admire our olive trees and then head to the mill, where we'll tell you all about the history of our olive oil.
Saint Pierre is located in the middle of an olive grove comprising 30,000 trees.
Our olive oil is a pure fruit juice and has won several medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. Exclusive supplier to 3 Meilleurs Ouvriers de France du Roussillon: Olivier Bajard, Christian Segui and Henri Poch.
During your visit, you'll discover all the stages of the crushing process, from the crusher to the centrifuge and the blenders. You'll be immersed in the heart of the mill and can taste and buy on the spot in the mill shop.
