Cal Mateu-Musée de Cerdagne, flanked by its astonishing high-altitude vegetable garden, tells the story of the estate and the Cerdagne region. Through its mainly agricultural collections, presented in permanent or temporary exhibitions, its guided tours, cultural activities and events, discover the many facets of the Cerdagne, its history, its borders, its riches and its changes over the centuries.

The 300m2 enclosed, completely flat vegetable garden is an integral part of the Cal Mateu farm. Located at an altitude of 1300 m, it features vegetables traditionally grown in this mountain region. This living space is a veritable conservatory of Cerdagne-grown vegetables.
