CHATEAU CAP DE FOUSTE

The imposing building of the Cap de Fouste castle can be seen from afar. You can't miss this estate, which has been a hotbed of Roussillon wine history since 1860, both rooted in tradition and looking to the future. The plots are located mainly around the estate on a little over 89 ha on stony clay soils. In the coolness of the “cayrous” cellar where you will be warmly welcomed, you can taste and discover a wide range of white, red, rosé and natural sweet wines. Sébastien Balaguer, the estate manager (which has been owned by Groupama since 1979), invites you on cellar tours three afternoons a week in the summer season. Also, the beautiful volumes of the place host jazz and lyrical concerts. Finally, do not miss themed events and evenings throughout the year.
