It is in homage to Aimé CAZES, founder of the Domaine, father of André and Bernard, that this restaurant, located in the heart of the CAZES House, has naturally found its name. This long-term project, took shape thanks to the complicity of Lionel Lavail, director of Maison CAZES and the Chef, Sébastien Colombier. Anxious to serve a cuisine made with quality products, respectful of the environment, Lionel Lavail and Sébastien Colombier have created a restaurant where the menus are composed with a majority of "organic" products. Rediscovering the taste of good things in a simple and respectful kitchen, this is the challenge of La Table d'Aimé.
