Mas Baux, an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the 18th century, is located on a superb terroir: a quaternary terrace between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean on a site several thousand years old along the ancient Via Domitia. The grape varieties used enable us to offer a complete range of organic wines, produced with low yields.
