Saveurs de miel practice beekeeping for several years.
Settled in Canohès in the plain of Roussillon in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, honey flavors enjoys a wise location to place and move its 200 colonies to the four corners of the department.
Starting from zero and going quickly to 1600 m the herd harvests over the seasons rosemary, garrigue, white heather, maritime lavender, chestnut, rhododendron, ...

These honeys, once harvested, undergo no transformation. Cold extracts, finely filtered and of high quality they are in no case heated: this guarantees them a high nutritional quality.
