Covering an area of 12 hectares (4 of which are within the fortified enclosure), the Serrat d'en Vaquer is located to the south-west of Perpignan, on the highest hill in the Roussillon plain, close to the Arcades aqueduct dating back to the 14th century.
Popular with walkers, the park offers an exceptional panorama of the Roussillon plain, from the Albères to the Corbières, from the Canigou to the sea, as well as a botanical discovery of Mediterranean flora.
