During renovation work on a building in 2000, Jacqueline and Jean Reig discovered an old oil mill in the medieval ramparts. They decided to restore it, and the Moulin des Auxelles is about to rise from the ashes.
Open to visitors, this is also an opportunity to discover the production of almonds and organic pomegranate juice.
